Objectification

This is personally one of my favorite pieces, crafted in 2019 as a part of my Image as Communication final. As a tabloid sized book, it touches on the irony of objectification and the counter-productivity it has in today’s society.

Through the slides you’ll flip through the 12 pages (title and back included) I crafted through a multi-step workflow process, using magazine clippings, xerox machines (twice) Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Throughout the process I wanted to continuously emphasize how burnt out and stale the behavior of objectification is.
